Packing days start early and end late, with crates packed well into the evening to keep produce at its peak before delivery. Mid-week is punctuated by visits to local farms where owner-operator Bree meets with growers, checks what’s ready to harvest and collects produce for the week’s boxes. It’s hands-on work.
